I did a bit of acting in the 80's. It's something I'd like to do again, given the opportunity.
If you are serious about playing then it is worth spending money on an Overton because they are in every respect superior. As for those big low whistles, I always had a bit of a problem with the spread so i never bothered to use one on any recordings.
