This interview is classic Shane, "Ya know what I mean?" Yes, Shane, we totally get you and your crazy hissing laugh. I love the guy to death, he is so endearing. Wonder what made him decide to dangle the safety pin from his left earring that day. Guess he was feeling a bit punk rock, and it goes with his black leather jacket. Just priceless.

Yeah, The Hour has some good guests. Between them & "Q" (on CBC Radio 1) this fall have had Steve Earle, Nick Cave, Shane MacGowan, Tom Waits, & the elusive Mary Margaret O'Hara, to name but a few. And it's all archived on line, to boot! For "The Hour", see above, for "Q" Start at:

I think they spelt MacGowan wrong so a search will not find it .But it is still on there .[eg Mc / Mac ]
