The Eagle has landed my compadres and is relaxing quietly prior to Nokia Theatre tonight. This should be a shit-kickin concert tonight and I personally cannot wait. Its been toooo long since The Palladium March 1990. New York be warned THE POGUES are IN TOWN !!!!

Spookey. ;) :P

I was thinking the same. Or maybe the butler.

Butler? You return "butler" for all good I have done. Ok, ok...
Maybe Old Cynical one at least?
Old Cynical Bastard.. oops.. Butler. Nah, something still embarrasses me.

Doesn't Shane have a butler who fancies himself a creative writer?

Next gigs (in Holland on 20th and 21st May, in Spain on 22nd May) were cancelled: doctors had advised him to rest completely for at least 3 -4 weeks, without working at all. Early in June Shane and Victoria had a nice holiday in Malta. On 12 Jun he showed up in Prague, at Respect ethnic festival. And then Road to Paradise single company was launched so later Shane had no time to be down. The rest of 2004 was busy :)

To add to MacRua's almost perfect macgowan diary there was a May festival gig in Belgium, (Arlons?) which the Popes made it to, but Shane didn't. Doctors orders.
