Yeah that was the one. Which confirms to me that the band I was on about are deffo not Cream of the Barley. I think the night ended in a stay behind in I think the calladonian is it????????

Was that the Royal Iris cruise that Cream of the Barley played, if so wasn't it fantastic.

Probably hung around there between 87-91 and went on the st patricks day river cruise they did which was fantastic. Stopped going when they started doing things like green lager and putting pictures of leprechauns up on the wall. I

Well its been passed at planning stage and I think there just looking around for more funding as the price of steel keeps going up.

I went to see them in Manchester a few times also, at the Apollo.

Have vivid memories of jumping over the seats to get to the front and the bouncers trying to catch me (they didn't though and I got to the front).

Isnt amazing how many times a band that big could turn up. I reckon between 87 and 91 i saw them about six times and a few times in Manc land as well. The royal court is all theatrised now
