A number of you have been kind enough to help track down sources of some of the more troublesome tracks, and although that general SOS did not raise anything like the obscure rarities I hoped it would, it was nevertheless a useful exercise.

Naturally, I have managed to lose track of the name of everybody who helped in this respect, but would like to credit you all nevertheless. If you feel you helped with the box set (principally by sending me rare material on CDR etc) and feel you deserve a mention in the credits, please add your name to this list. Don't be shy. Credit where credit is due. It doesn't matter whether your contribution was used or not (in any event, that may never be known if a better source emerged later).

Kirk Danby
Yasunori Hoshino
David Lally
Christian Ahern
Lionel Grosheny -Blair
Øyvind Lade
Annette Herold
Tina Chapman.
Please just add your name to this list if possible, by using the EDIT facility. My PMs are a bit clogged at the moment with other business. Thanks

I was well chuffed when i first saw my photos in the box set, i always gave copies to Darryl and Philip down the years, others were also used elsewhere, maybe i was a wee bit pissed off seeing other names and not mine...i was having health issues at the time and i wasn't 'in a good place'....poor excuse.Still, i was name checked in A Drink With Shane Macgowan', and i never complained about that! lol

I've just registered here to extend a BIG THANKS for your contribution. If I had a username in the past, I've lost track of it.

I've been looking through some of the old threads, and see how much of a group effort the Box Set was, and how much credit needed to be spread around. Phil said it in the 1st post of this thread. I'm sure were he still around he'd have not let your contribution gone without thanks for so long.

They can still be downloaded here, along with The Pogues Party Pieces. Lost gems (or Jem's):
