The time has come. Over many, many years I have accumulated the biggest Pogues collection in the world.
It not only contains every record, CD and cassette ever released by the Pogues and their side projects, but almost every pressing.
Often there are also test pressings and/or acetates and objects signed by the members of the band.
A highlight are certainly the unreleased demo recordings, which in one case (Travelling People / Donegal Express) even served as a matrix.
Of treasures like the first single as a tour copy with the sticker showing the face of an old woman, there is not even a picture on the internet, let alone that this rarity was ever sold there.
A list of all objects can be found here:
http://shanemacgowan.de/Discography/Juergen.docIn addition, there is an extensive press archive that Ingrid Knetsch had compiled at the time as well as many live recordings of concerts.
Offers to take over the complete collection are welcome, but please no offers to buy individual objects. The unique collection should stay together.
