Good spot. Was Noel Hill himself implicated in either the car-vandalising or the marathon-running? It could explain it.
You know, the car story was about a yellow car that was presumably vandalized for "ruining the view" in a well-known historic neighbourhood of old houses. As we all know, Noel is a staunch traditionalist, so maybe in fact he's a suspect
