A 'party pack' with streamers, confetti, balloon, mask and hooters was no poor substitute in my mind's eye!

Thank you. I'm pretty sure I've got one actually, I'd just forgotten about the free gift. I always wanted to give away a Whizz Bang, ever since Sparky gave one away with its first issue. I think I even have an intact French "Fiesta" complete with gatefold sleeve and party favours.
