Yes! You can hear some tenor Banjo in the slow parts of "Thousands Are Sailing" for example.

If i'm not very much mistaken, there's some tenor banjo on the "If I should Fall From Grace With God" album, but i believe it's credited to Ron Kavana.

Thats true!
Sometimes Jem imitates Tenor-Style on his 5-String (e.g. Streams Of Whiskey) but i never saw him playing a 4-String Banjo.
He IS a 5-String-Man.

Was it only the 5 string banjo that Jem and the rest played , i seem to recalll a tenor bajo in one song but cant quite place it
also what is more common in scottish folk music ?
